Returns & Refunds Policy

At Benvico, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • Items listed under Non-Returnable Items are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return Email us at benvico25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchange We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product with an unboxing video and photos as proof.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
